The Customer Success Team at blithequark We are always on the lookout for talented and driven Customer Success Managers to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding customer relationships, ensuring our clients maximise the benefits of our transformative technology. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of blithequark's small to medium-sized customers, ensuring success through adoption and goal achievement. Develop account strategies in collaboration with our Sales team, identifying growth opportunities and delivering cross-functional success. Build deep relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to our customers and optimising product usage to address customer challenges. Oversee renewals, identify risks and opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and assess customer health using metrics and usage statistics. Mentor Customer Success Executives, lead internal projects and strategic changes, and promote blithequark's industry leadership. Essential Qualifications Experience in the construction sector, particularly within civil infrastructure, is highly desirable. However, candidates with strong customer success backgrounds from other industries are also encouraged to apply, as we believe the right mindset and adaptability can thrive in this role. Demonstrated success in customer success or project management roles, with a consistent track record of delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to enhance the overall customer experience. Adaptable and creative mindset with a strong focus on finding solutions to complex challenges and a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs effectively. Familiarity with productivity and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Intercom is preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to quickly learn and adopt new technologies is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with visualisation platforms or similar technologies. Knowledge of the infrastructure project lifecycle and the challenges faced by stakeholders. Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform customer success strategies. Certifications in customer success or related fields are a plus.
