Job Summary We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving success. Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes related to fleet acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposal. You will collaborate closely with lessors and airline customers to understand their unique needs, lead implementations, anticipate potential gaps, and support product management in addressing those gaps. Additionally, you will work in tandem with our software engineering team to enhance product functionality and overall customer experience, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities Maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and underlying technology, including the salesforce.com platform, to effectively advise and educate customers on how to best leverage the features of the platform. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as the main point of contact for any questions, issues, or requests, and ensuring timely and effective communication. Continuously monitor customer usage and engagement to identify potential issues or opportunities for upselling and expansion of services, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Provide comprehensive training and guidance to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new customers, and offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Address and resolve customer concerns or problems in a timely and effective manner, working closely with cross-functional teams when necessary, and escalating issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution. Gather feedback from customers and relay it to relevant departments within blithequark to drive product enhancements and improvements, and collaborate with product management to prioritize and implement customer-driven initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates on customer health, satisfaction, and progress towards their goals to internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and informed decision-making. Qualifications A high level of motivation, a deep passion for aviation, and a strong interest in technology, with a drive to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, such as aviation, business, or technology. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation or software industry, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving customer success. Knowledge of the aircraft leasing industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices, with an understanding of the complex needs and requirements of airlines and aircraft lessors. Salesforce technical experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the salesforce.com platform and its applications in customer success and relationship management.
