Service Assurance Manager
C.H. Robinson is looking for a Service Assurance Manager to join our Warehouse team. This position is based in our Dallas Metro warehouse with an expectation to be on-site 5 days per week. In this role you will act as the primary figurehead and point of contact for warehouse investigation, research, troubleshooting, and correspondence in support of customer success in the warehouse network. You are responsible for customer inventory activity and advocacy, driving continuous improvement and delivering upon and exceeding warehouse service commitments. Additionally, you will partner and collaborate closely with various stakeholders (Warehouse and Commercial leaders, IT, Industrial Engineering, and Transportation) to ensure optimal customer experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Communicate proactively with customers and account management to ensure needs are met and orders are fulfilled. Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and commercial account management, fostering collaboration and alignment. Manage conflict and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and diplomacy. Ensure quality execution against warehouse KPIs and service commitments, identifying gaps and driving process improvements. Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to address defects, inefficiencies, and waste. Provide data-driven insights through inventory reporting and performance evaluations to support customer fulfillment and operational goals. Own the warehouse claim process, including induction, research, and resolution. Prepare and deliver accurate reports, training materials, and presentations to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Advocate for customer-specific needs internally, ensuring proper prioritization of resources and alignment with business objectives. Utilize system and ad-hoc reporting tools to support decision-making and drive change management initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School diploma or GED Ability to work onsite at a Warehouse location 5 days per week Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically) Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Minimum 2 to 4 years of previous C.H. Robinson experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills (ability to persuade, motivate and influence others), and business acumen Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory operational environments Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employees Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs Values a diverse and inclusive work environment We will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience. Compensation Range $57,100.00 - $89,100.00 The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
