Job Overview In this overnight shift position, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and providing them with the information and support they need to navigate their treatment journey. Typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, requiring you to be knowledgeable, empathetic, and proactive in resolving patient inquiries. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from patients, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Utilize your knowledge of pharmacy operations, insurance, and benefits to address patient inquiries and provide personalized support Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records, adhering to blithequark's high standards of data integrity and confidentiality Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. Additionally, you must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL, and be available to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST.
