Job Overview In this fully remote role, you will play a vital part in assisting our customers with their medication and wellness needs. As a Customer Care Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing virtual support to our customers via phone, email, and web. This position requires a variable reduced hour schedule, which may include working outside of normal business hours. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.
