Our core values – taking ownership, being open to change, and being passionate about our mission and customers – guide everything we do. **What does the role involve?** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via various channels, including chat, email, phone, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complex challenges in a timely and professional manner * Mediating disputes between sellers and buyers to find mutually beneficial solutions * Collaborating with internal teams, such as Sales and Experts, to improve the overall customer experience * Providing feedback on opportunities for service improvements based on customer interactions * Working closely with the customer service department to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues **This is who you are** To succeed in this role, you will be: * A motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English * Able to analyze complex situations and provide creative solutions * Experienced in a customer service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.) * Able to quickly switch between various customer channels and adapt to changing priorities * A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude * Available to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work at least 2 weekends a month and on some public holidays * Willing to commute to our Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week **What we offer** In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer: * A competitive Annual Gross Base Salary of €18,000-€23,000, depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience * Health Insurance from day 1, including dental coverage, with access to multiple hospitals and clinics and a vast wellness network * A Work From Home Allowance to help with your monthly household bills * Commuting between your home and our office is covered by blithequark * Amazing Office right in the centre of Lisbon **Why you'll love working with us** At blithequark, we're passionate about creating a visible impact, learning and growing together, and celebrating life's moments.
