Work with an experienced team that prioritizes its employees and customers Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Hourly compensation: $17-24hr Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and year-round work Location: Riverdale, NJ Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person Dispatching HVAC technicians to customer locations Managing customer schedules and appointments Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Working closely with our team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High School diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching Excellent grammar and writing skills Great phone skills are required! Light sales experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) Customer service skills Physical ability to sit for long periods of time HVAC office experience a plus but not required Knowledge of Service Titan and QuickBooks is a plus!
