Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Answer customer phone calls and emails regarding orders, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Maintain organized and accurate records, utilizing digital tools such as Shipstation, Finale, Gmail, and Google Drive to streamline processes and improve productivity. Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including over 300 products, to provide informed and helpful support to customers. Assist with documentation, projects, and inventory organization, contributing to the smooth operation of our team and business. Operate basic office equipment, including counting scales, label printers, and inkjet printers, with ease and proficiency. Collaborate with the team in a dynamic, results-driven environment, sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. High attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Typing speed of at least 50 wpm, facilitating efficient and effective communication. Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies, with a growth mindset and a passion for self-improvement. Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting, demonstrating physical capability and flexibility. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ensuring independence and mobility. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility. Full-time availability, with a commitment to working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with digital tools and software, including Shipstation, Finale, Gmail, and Google Drive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Knowledge of inventory management and organization, with experience in maintaining accurate records and streamlining processes. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
