About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Sarasota, FL office location. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with blithequark. Key Responsibilities Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, schedule inspections and appointments with the appropriate trade, and provide timely solutions to their queries Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing clients as needed to resolve their concerns Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service Participating in ongoing training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of position, company products, and services Supporting other assignments, such as ongoing CRM database maintenance responsibilities, DNS list maintenance, and other administrative duties as requested Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Language proficiency Strong and accurate typing skills, with a typing speed of 45+ words per minute preferred Military Service is a plus Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Proficiency with CRM software and strong computer skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Teamwork-oriented to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations Accountability and a strong work ethic Skills and Competencies Active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including a professional phone voice Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Accurate data-entry and typing skills Teamwork-oriented to support team members Ability to multi-task Adaptability and accountability Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
