Job Overview As a Seasonal Onsite Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team, handling inbound calls to assist customers with routine tax questions and inquiries, supporting client complaints, providing client support for various products and services, and offering appointment scheduling support. You will be working out of our Lakeland, Florida office, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives.
