Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair, efficient, and effective manner, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the outcome Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary Collaborate with internal teams, such as fraud and risk management, to ensure that customer issues are resolved in accordance with company policies and procedures Utilize CRM tools, such as Zendesk, to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze customer feedback Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service processes and procedures, ensuring that all customer interactions are consistent with company standards Participate in ongoing training and development programs, ensuring that knowledge and skills are up-to-date and aligned with company requirements Requirements At least 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service field, with a focus on email and/or chat support Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and track issues Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams Knowledge of common help desk/ticketing solutions and experience with CRM tools, such as Zendesk, is highly desirable Exposure to fraud or risk management is a plus, with the ability to identify and escalate potential issues Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and experience that enable you to provide exceptional customer service.
