Key Responsibilities The Customer Service Partner will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: Processing all customer orders efficiently and accurately, including special instructions, in accordance with blithequark's policies and procedures. Advising customers of any changes or impacts on their expectations regarding order fulfillment, ensuring transparent communication and proactive issue resolution. Running and following up on Day-In-The-Life reports to ensure the order-to-payment process is completed smoothly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Promoting and expanding sales of blithequark's products through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives, leveraging customer relationships and market insights to drive revenue growth. Building strong relationships with key customers, managing their requests effectively, and serving as a point of reference for the Sales Teams regarding order processes and distribution. Handling all incoming communications regarding customer needs and expectations, ensuring prompt and professional responses that meet or exceed departmental KPIs. Acting as a liaison between customers, Sales Teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication, issue resolution, and process improvement. Attending meetings to identify ways to improve service for both internal and external customers, communicating customer service KPIs and strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Recording, taking ownership of, and resolving customer complaints in line with blithequark's KPIs, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Coordinating activities with other departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a Customer Service function, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving process improvements. Accurate keyboarding skills, with high-speed internet access for work-from-home capabilities when permitted. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualities are highly desirable: Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy, including proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Docs, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Flexibility with work hours to cover different time zones, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. A team player with a friendly disposition and high energy, who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers to achieve shared goals. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
