Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Cargo Agent (Customer Service Agent) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our mission to guarantee freight is shipped on time, safely, and securely. Your responsibilities will include: Connecting directly with clients face-to-face and via telephone to provide exceptional customer service and support. Booking and managing cargo shipments, ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently and in line with blithequark's high standards. Working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless cargo handling and delivery. Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals and objectives. This is an entry-level customer service position, and our experienced managers will provide mentorship and support to help you grow in your career. Shifts may vary from early morning to late evening, depending on operational requirements, and you can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
