Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Golden, CO. As a remote member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and connecting them with the resources they need to achieve optimal health outcomes. This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time, and occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs. Primary Responsibilities Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers, identifying the type of assistance they require and providing personalized support Ask targeted questions, listen actively, and document required information in our computer systems to ensure seamless issue resolution Collaborate with clinical staff to address patient needs, including medication refills, referral requests, and chart troubleshooting Schedule appointments for patients, entering and updating demographics as needed Perform other tasks as required to ensure exceptional customer experiences and support our team's success Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience Must be 18 years old or older Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Typing speed of 40 wpm 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment (e.g., office, administrative, clerical, customer service) using phones and computers as primary job tools Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time, with occasional overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of prior healthcare experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Telecommuting Requirements To work remotely with blithequark, you must: Reside within Golden, CO Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Have a reliable, high-speed internet connection that meets blithequark's requirements Adhere to blithequark's Telecommuter Policy and maintain the security of company-sensitive documents What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and well-being of our employees.
