As a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing them with exceptional support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. **Job Summary** As a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our Swedish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our company. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, provide product information, and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner * Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Utilize our customer service tools and technology to navigate, research, and review solutions * Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met * Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum age: 18 years old * Right to work in the UK * Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral fluency) * Experience working with a computer * Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6am to 8pm * Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required) * Initial four/five weeks availability for full-time training (paid) * Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) * Minimum 50mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience (not required but a plus) * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of £15.05 * Opportunity to work from home in the UK * 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension * Comprehensive training and development program * Ongoing support and feedback from our team * Opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce company * Access to our employee discount program * Private medical insurance * Amazon pension plan * Lifestyle benefits and retail discounts through our Amazon Extras program **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join blithequark's Customer Service team as a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Associate.
