Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and curious individual to join our blithequark team as a Customer Sales Analyst. The Customer Sales Analyst is a sales position that provides business insights and unit/revenue growth recommendations through category research delivered to Customer Business Teams. This role will leverage a deep understanding of the consumer, customer, competitive set, and company goals to identify insights to drive the business; and will lead stakeholder thinking to turn those insights into action. Key Responsibilities Identify insights, present learnings, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth. Collaborate with the sales & corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals. Design, prepare and deliver regular category, customer, and account performance reports. Conduct regular reviews and quarterly assessments of key business drivers. Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business opportunities. Develop & build impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business-building initiatives. Partner with the Sales team to prepare, lead and deliver materials for external meetings. Attend customer meetings to assist sales team in presenting business cases. Define and scale best practices across the analyst organization. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Excellent collaborator and proven ability to work as a team. Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis. Ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan and deliver results. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills. Proven experience owning reporting and providing data-driven insights to influence business results. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Prior experience in business analytics with a national retailer or manufacturer. Experience with 3rd party data, including but not limited to Circana and Symphony. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $77,800.00 - $97,300.00 per year, depending on experience.
