We are now seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes with our software. About the Role As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through a seamless onboarding experience, from initial setup to full adoption of our platform. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business goals, configure their accounts, provide product training, and ensure a smooth rollout to their users. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our customers develop successful habits and maximize the benefits of our software. Key Responsibilities Establish strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding alignment and implementation support Assess customer goals and existing business practices to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure onboarding alignment Execute a process-driven onboarding experience, tracking tasks against a schedule and coordinating with internal staff to meet milestones Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Sales, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience Become a trusted resource for software and productivity trends in the fleet management domain, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Essential Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment, with a focus on customer success, support, training, or implementation Strong understanding of project management principles and experience working with tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, Asana, and Slack Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and import large amounts of data Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers at all levels and build trust quickly Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on precision and thoroughness in executing tasks Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively Empathetic and customer-centric, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals and become advocates for our software Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the fleet management or transportation industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our customers Knowledge of software implementation best practices and the ability to develop and improve onboarding processes Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations for improvement Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in resolving customer issues Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in resolving customer issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
