You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support, guidance, and solutions that empower them to start, manage, and scale their businesses with confidence. Your work will have a direct impact on their success, and you'll be instrumental in ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. **What You Can Expect** As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to: * Provide exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and video calls * Offer personalized recommendations for improving our customers' websites and help them start, manage, and grow their businesses * Resolve customer complaints and issues with effective solutions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Content & Learning, Product & Engineering, to improve the customer experience and provide feedback for product and process optimizations * Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and continuously develop your knowledge of new features and technologies * Support the development and improvement of processes and guidelines for customer experience, to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide effective answers to customer inquiries and recommendations * Represent blithequark and our mission to our customers, showcasing our values and commitment to their success * Work a standard 5-day week with flexibility to choose your workdays, including occasional Saturdays (about once a month) **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities: * Fluent German and English language skills (additional European languages are a plus) * Good knowledge of German culture * A customer-centric "Let's do this" mentality: proactive, motivated, flexible, and open to change * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply, clearly, and helpfully * Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, demonstrate empathy, and address diverse needs * Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills * A strong interest in technology and internet-based topics * A passion for learning, self-improvement, and trying new things * The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail * A willingness to collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and support colleagues when needed * An openness to working in a diverse, international environment that values diversity and inclusion **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
