Job Overview We are seeking experienced Customer Care Specialists to join our growing team in Van Buren, AR. As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, interpreting and analyzing consumer grievances, and advocating for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness. Key Responsibilities Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings, and advocate for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness. Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections. Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and either help or forward requests to the appropriate functional area. Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion. Utilize strong computer skills to perform business functions and provide clear and concise written and verbal communication to customers. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. At least one year of customer service experience. Comfortable using a computer to perform business functions and provide clear and concise written and verbal communication to customers. Ability to successfully pass background screening, which will include a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, as well as a drug screen. Must reside within 45 miles of Van Buren, AR, as this is a remote position that requires occasional in-person meetings. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a credit or financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze consumer grievances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. Eligibility for a $1,500 Performance Bonus, paid out after completing 90 and 180 days of employment.
