Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support to our members. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to deliver exceptional service, drive first call resolution, and ensure a seamless experience for our members. Key Responsibilities Support inbound telephonic phone calls from members, providing personalized and empathetic support to resolve their inquiries and concerns Provide over-the-phone support, utilizing your knowledge of our programs and services to deliver accurate and timely solutions Specialize in first call resolution performance, ensuring that member inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively on the first call Effectively manage and respond to inquiries as they are sent to you by customers, utilizing your strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple priorities Submit requests to the proper departments to prevent recurring issues, demonstrating your ability to think critically and proactively Ensure rapid response and resolution of escalated inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless experience for our members Maintain and continue to develop knowledge of our programs and services, identifying areas in need of improvement to better our members' experience Identify problems or gaps within current processes and help devise creative solutions to them, demonstrating your ability to think innovatively and drive process improvements Track, analyze, and report on improvements to current processes, utilizing data and insights to inform your recommendations and drive continuous improvement Communicate verbally and/or in writing to both internal and external audiences, tailoring your communication style to meet the needs of your audience and ensure effective understanding Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment Customer-focused and responsive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on health, wellness, or a related field 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving first call resolution Health or wellness background, with knowledge of our programs and services What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team members.
