Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll undertake: Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: You'll be the face of blithequark, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile by providing an exceptional experience. Process Sales Transactions: Assist customers with their purchases, manage the register, and ensure smooth sales transactions. Merchandise Store Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, organized, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming for every customer. Manage Shift Duties: Balance your register at the end of each shift and assist in various tasks to keep things running smoothly. Troubleshoot Customer Concerns: Use your problem-solving skills to address any customer issues with professionalism and care. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of proven customer service or retail experience: You should be a pro at making customers feel special and have a track record of delivering excellent service. Excellent communication skills: The ability to connect with customers and work well with teammates is crucial. A calm demeanor under pressure: You should be cool, calm, and collected in fast-paced, high-energy situations. Must be at least 18 years old and available to work weekends and holidays: Flexibility is key in this role.
