Job Overview As a Customer Contact Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, educating them on our product lines, and responding to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Through inbound calls, you will assess customer needs, provide service resolution, and track and gather information to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are committed to providing our representatives with the training and resources they need to succeed in this critical role. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with customers through inbound calls, providing personalized support and guidance on our product lines Assess customer needs and provide service resolution, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support Track and gather information to ensure that customer inquiries are fully resolved and that our customers receive the best possible experience Relies on standard work and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and to provide a basis for creative problem solving Works under immediate supervision, with opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Call variety requires a wide scope of knowledge, and our representatives must be adaptable and flexible in their approach to customer support Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences. These include: High School diploma or equivalent, with a BA degree preferred 1+ years of customer service experience, with experience in the Financial Service industry being a bonus but not required Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, build rapport, share and inform, and handle objections as they arise Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, and navigating multiple systems Strong learning agility, with the ability to learn new things quickly and apply that learning to perform successfully in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment Availability to work any shift within our Monday through Friday operating hours of 7:30 am – 10 pm EST Bilingual opportunities are available, with a $3,000 pay differential for candidates who are fluent in multiple languages Essential Qualifications In addition to the requirements outlined above, we are looking for candidates who possess a genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. You should be a strong communicator, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support and guidance. You should also be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to learn new things quickly and apply that learning in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, we prefer candidates who have experience in the Financial Service industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services. We also prefer candidates who are proficient in multiple languages, with the ability to support our diverse customer base.
