Key Responsibilities Reach out and guide clients through the step-by-step process of designing powerful Catalog Ads using blithequark's software, providing personalized support and expertise to ensure their success. Check in and follow up with clients to ensure they are on the right path to success, offering a helping hand where necessary and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Consult and assist clients in becoming proficient in using blithequark's software and Catalog Ads, understanding their unique needs and guiding them toward achieving their goals. Demonstrate technical savvy by grasping the technicalities of product feeds, catalogs, and Facebook Ads, providing expert support and guidance to our eCommerce companies. About You To excel as a Customer Onboarding Manager at blithequark, you should possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We're looking for a customer-facing professional with a passion for helping people and businesses flourish, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to build strong personal relationships with clients. Essential Qualifications 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, or a similar field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success. A passionate and driven individual who is motivated by helping others achieve their goals and flourish. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand people, build strong relationships, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner. A quick learner who is adaptable, curious, and driven to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of digital advertising and technical concepts, including product feeds, catalogs, and Facebook Ads. 1+ year of experience with Meta Ad Manager, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications. A basic grasp of online marketing and eCommerce fundamentals, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with eCommerce companies, either directly or through a similar role, with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
