About the Role As a Customer Care and Sales Professional at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering questions about insurance products, helping clients find the right coverage, and guiding them through the application process. You will work alongside licensed agents to finalize insurance plans for clients and provide additional support as needed. This is a 100% remote role, offering flexible scheduling in select US states and Canadian provinces. Key Responsibilities Assist clients by answering questions about insurance products and helping them find the right coverage Handle inbound inquiries only, from individuals who have already shown interest in our services Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and friendly manner Follow up with potential clients, providing additional support as needed Work alongside licensed agents to finalize insurance plans for clients What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with the tools and resources they need to succeed. If you have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and are coachable and eager to learn, we want to hear from you! An insurance license is a plus, but not required – we’ll support you if you need to get one. You should be tech-savvy and self-motivated to thrive in a remote work environment.
