Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish and English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues and provide expert solutions Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions Offer additional products and/or services to enhance the customer experience Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a smile, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion.
