Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience in a related field, such as market research, business analytics, or customer insights. Six or more years of relevant experience in B2B customer insights, market research, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. Experience designing research for and conducting quantitative market/survey research with hard-to-reach business decision-makers, with a strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis techniques. B2B research experience, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of B2B markets and customer behaviors. Ability to independently translate business needs and objectives into the appropriate research design and actionable insights, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
