We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions, and we're now looking for a Customer Success Manager in the UAE to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the daily point of contact for our distributors, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and driving growth and efficiency throughout the partnership lifecycle. **Roles & Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Managing and owning the execution of premium distributor partnerships, with direct responsibility for the revenue generated from each deal * Supporting account executives as they enter the negotiation stage and taking ownership of the relationship once commercial agreements have been signed * Preparing and leading trainings for new partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process * Spending 1–2 days on site with distributors in the UAE as they launch our blithequark AI proposition and ensuring their team is fully equipped to integrate the product into their daily operations * Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with your existing portfolio of distributors * Liaising between your distributors and cross-functional internal teams, such as integrations, to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to their needs * Sharing distributor learnings and feedback with the product and marketing team to help drive activities towards acquisition and engagement **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and collaborative professional with: * 2–4 years of experience in an externally-facing project management role * A strong work ethic with the motivation to always improve and grow—for yourself and the team * A can-do attitude; you're willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done * An amazing relationship builder and natural communicator who is comfortable articulating complex technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders * Someone able to understand a problem, get to the crux of an issue quickly, and implement solutions proactively * High attention to detail, setting and maintaining high standards * A huge team player with a team-first mentality * Fluent English communicator (written & spoken) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
