Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing exceptional customer service and support Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are handled efficiently and effectively Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing clear and concise information to customers Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Provide feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote blithequark's products and services to customers Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively 6 months of customer service experience preferred, although we will consider candidates with less experience who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent oral and written communication skills Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Experience working in the automotive industry, or a related field Additional education or training in customer service, communications, or a related field Certifications or specialized training in customer service, such as CSR or CST Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
