Director, Sales Compensation - Revenue Operations

As the Director, you will have a critical role in designing and implementing our sales compensation strategy to drive revenue growth and motivate our sales teams. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales compensation strategy to drive revenue growth and motivate sales teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align compensation plans accordingly. Conduct research and analyze market trends to ensure Twilio's sales compensation program remains competitive and effective. Design and maintain sales compensation plans that align with company goals and drive desired behaviors. Monitor and report on sales performance and compensation metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Lead and manage a team responsible for administering and communicating sales compensation plans to the sales organization. Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payout of sales commissions and bonuses. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of revenue operations and its impact on sales performance and compensation. Continuously evaluate and optimize sales compensation plans to ensure they remain aligned with business goals and drive desired results. Provide guidance and support to sales leadership on sales compensation-related matters. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation and revenue operations. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture within the sales compensation team and across the organization. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, on sales compensation-related matters. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to sales compensation. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales compensation function.
