You will report to the DVC Sales Experience Manager. This is a Full-Time role located in Lake Buena Vista, FL. What You Will Do As a DVC Associate with the Global Sales Contact Center Team (GSCC), you will connect with guests over the phone to share more about the benefits of the Disney Vacation Club and membership. This is a performance-driven sales role that involves making outbound calls to warm leads, following structured scripts, and upholding the highest standards of integrity throughout the sales process. Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to inspire and invite guests to learn more about DVC and transfer the phone call to sales partners. • Schedule Disney Vacation Club (DVC) sales tours and appointments with guests at home before they arrive at any Disney destination—including Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and Aulani. • Generate leads and improve opportunities to increase sales revenue by following the call scripts and guidelines. • Assist with inbound calls and other virtual responsibilities in a changing work environment to achieve sales goals. • Overcome objections and use persuasive skills to highlight the DVC membership benefits. • Communicate clearly and efficiently to respect guests’ time. • Share your passion for Disney as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills • 1+ years’ experience with Guest interactions in a comparable sales center or call center environment. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows-based systems and call center applications, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to company-specific software. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to consistently make outbound calls. • Available to work weekends, holidays, daytime, and/or late evening, and adjust schedules based on business needs. • Professional reliability and ability to adhere to the attendance policy, including scheduled work shifts, lunch/breaks, and punctuality. • Potential opportunity to work from home, with a professional environment suitable for making phone calls. All necessary equipment will be supplied. Optional Work from Home Office Environment • This role is available as a fully onsite or hybrid. • To work hybrid, you must be able to work from both home and the office located within Walt Disney World. • While working from home, you must have a quiet room with a desk, reliable high-speed internet, stable electric power with a surge protector to support all equipment, and free from any background noise. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with Disney’s service standards and how they could potentially drive success in the Disney Vacation Club sales through service process. • Multi-lingual in addition to English (Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese). • Knowledge of Disney Vacation Club. • A strong understanding of Disney standards and Guest service expectations.
