The Role: Customer Experience Agent The Customer Experience team at blithequark plays a pivotal role in delivering the best possible user experience. This is achieved through process improvement, order management, and effective problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive their ordered products as quickly as possible. In the event of an issue, you will be responsible for resolving the problem efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. Interact with buyers and sellers, adopting a customer-first attitude to guarantee a positive experience. Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general inquiries with high quality and timeliness. Become an expert in blithequark's products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions. Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. About You We're looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to jumpstart their careers. The ideal candidate will have a customer service mentality, a passion for achieving the best possible outcomes, and a willingness to learn new skills. In terms of background and experience, we're looking for: Weekend availability is required. 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services. Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations. Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. Obsession with customers and a commitment to being customer-first. Proactive problem-solving and process improvement skills. Knowledge of collectibles is a plus. Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred. Previous start-up experience is a plus. Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub.
