Position Details: • Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant (or Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant – depending on role) • Location: Olney area /Philadelphia • Schedule: 3days per week (flexible on days) • Hourly Rate : 9hr & Up Key Responsibilities: • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry • Handle client correspondence and scheduling • Organize and maintain digital and paper files • General office duties and administrative support Requirements: • Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented • Prior experience in an office or accounting setting preferred • Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Excel, email, etc.) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Discretion and confidentiality are a must Apply tot his job
