In this role, you will be the face and voice of UBlockout, ensuring every interaction with our customers is seamless, positive, and memorable. You’ll assist with customer inquiries, order processing, and product guidance — providing the high level of service that matches the premium nature of our brand. This is a seasonal, on-call role, ideal for individuals seeking flexible hours and short-term engagement with the opportunity to contribute during our busiest seasons. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, friendly manner. • Assist customers with product selection, customization, and order details. • Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges. • Troubleshoot product issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UBlockout products, services, and promotions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Log and track all customer interactions accurately in our system. Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service (luxury or home goods preferred). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenges gracefully. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Comfortable using customer service tools (CRM experience preferred). • Positive, proactive attitude and passion for helping people.
