Job Description: • Lead the full-cycle hiring process for entry to mid-level technology roles • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs • Use creative sourcing strategies and data-driven insights to attract top technology talent • Foster strong connections with hiring managers and executive stakeholders • Shape hiring decisions through inventive outreach and market intelligence • Evaluate candidates for technology roles in a fast-paced environment • Utilize advanced ATS tools and recruitment analytics • Create and nurture robust pipelines of qualified technology candidates Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus) • Minimum 5 years of proven success recruiting top technology talent across diverse roles and disciplines • Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technology roles • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and hiring managers • Strong communication skills in setting clear expectations and providing timely feedback • Demonstrated success using innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven approaches • Deep understanding of enterprise technology, especially within healthcare and solution-driven environments • Experience using platforms such as Codility for technical assessments • Skilled in presenting and influencing manager level stakeholders Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) match • Unlimited PTO • 9 paid holidays • Education reimbursement • Wellness reimbursement up to $250/year • Paid Parental Leave • Diverse & Inclusion teams • Continuous learning resources
