About the Role As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Customer Experience (CX) team, enabling customers to leverage APIs and microservices to drive their business initiatives. You will act as a champion for our customers, working closely with them throughout their lifecycle to ensure they realize the full value of their blithequark investment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of customers, identify growth opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coach customers throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with the CX team to ensure customer outcomes and success Define and implement adoption plans, post-sales engagement strategies, and recommend best practices for customer success Work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure customers are getting the most out of our solutions Innovate and improve our tooling and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Work on innovative and cutting-edge customer projects, applying your knowledge of our products and technologies to real-world usage Collaborate with peers, business partners, and other groups to represent blithequark and drive growth What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you should have a builder's mentality, seeking solutions to complex problems that benefit our customers and blithequark. You should be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a good understanding of complex technology environments, and great self-awareness and communication skills (Spanish and English are required). Essential Qualifications Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers, with a focus on finding patterns and addressing them through automated approaches Passion and determination about our technology and customers Strong organizational skills to drive effective customer outcomes Good understanding of complex technology environments Ideally, prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, and/or Infrastructure software companies Preferred Qualifications Solid understanding of Cloud Native technologies, including Containerization, Kubernetes, Microservices, and APIM Foundational understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS Experience working with innovative and cutting-edge technologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
