SCM (Supply Chain Management) Data Governance Lead
Eaton’s Electrical Sector Americas (ES-A) is currently seeking an SCM (Supply Chain Management) Data Governance Lead to join the team. This is a remote role with approximately 20% travel. Candidates must reside in the US to be considered. The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What You’ll Do This role will support the Functional Excellence & Digitalization team by implementing a comprehensive Data Governance program that supports enterprise-wide data health, analytics enablement, and digital transformation. Essential Functions Include • Implement a structured Supply Chain data governance framework across ES-A that aligns with enterprise data management roadmaps and supports the integrity, quality, and security of supply chain data. • Oversee the quality and consistency of master data across ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business rules and global master data management policies. • Uphold global master data governance process for ES-A Supply Chain. • Promote data literacy, harmonization and governance awareness across the supply organization through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. • Partner with cross functional teams (IT, MDM, SCM Analytics, Business Units) to define critical data elements, establish data ownership, measurements and resolve data quality issues. • Support the development of analytics capabilities by ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and fit for purpose to deliver digital tools within ES-A supply Chain Management. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Data Science, Information Technology or related discipline from an accredited institution • Minimum 7 years of ERP Experience (Supply Chain Modules), such as MFGPro, SAP ECC and S/4, Oracle R12.x, Mapics, etc. • Minimum 5 years of Power BI Experience • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
