[Remote] Key Account Customer Developer (Alexandria)

The Key Account Customer Developer will build strong relationships with customers, execute promotional activities, and analyze business performance to meet key performance indicators. Responsibilities • Build and develop healthy and sustainable relationships with all customers in your portfolio. • Utilize sales capabilities to execute for base, NPD and promotional activity. • Carry out comprehensive and timely analysis of business performance for all customers in your portfolio and take corrective action to ensure delivery of agreed annual KPI’s. • Identify, win and maintain the maximum number of Perfect Stores in the customer base. • Proactively interact with field sales teams to ensure availability of stock. Skills • Bachelor's Degree of Business / Marketing or related field • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, trade marketing, or account management • Demonstrable track record in building strong customer and stakeholder relationships • Excellent communication and interacting skills • Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes • Strong analytical skills • Perseverance and attention to details • Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation skills • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools • Good negotiation and communication skills • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Team player with high learning agility • Preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods area • Preferably in FMCG Company Overview • Mondelēz International, Inc.
