About the position We are hiring an industry experienced sales manager to lead our northeast team of 7 highly skilled Sales and Application Engineers. This role is remote, but individual must live within the northeast region as outlined below with frequent travel to our Uxbridge, MA headquarters. Candidate must have experience directly leading sales professionals in the same or similar industry. Position Snapshot: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) drives sales growth by leading and developing a high-performing team of Sales Engineers within the assigned territory. This role combines coaching, field engagement, and performance management to support strategic initiatives and customer-centric selling. Key responsibilities include defining KPIs, supporting complex sales opportunities, and aligning regional strategies with Lenze’s market goals.
