Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Now Hiring: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (TC) / Listing Entry – Remote A well established & fast-paced TC Business is seeking a Transaction Coordinator (TC) with experience in North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC) real estate transactions (TX & Oregon a plus) to manage files and assist with listing input. This is a remote, full-time opportunity with long-term growth potential and built-in support from our Intake/Compliance Officer. About the Role: • Part-time | Monday–Friday | 10 AM–2 PM EST • Remote – must have experience handling NC & SC files • Co-Manage 40-60 transactions, with occasional listing input (will change to full-time based on performance and managing their own files. • Structured internal systems and workflows in place • Supported by an Intake/Compliance Officer for every file • 2-year commitment required Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of transaction coordination experience managing multiple files • Minimum 3 years of real estate experience (Realtor/Admin/VA) • Proven experience working with NC & SC real estate transactions • Confident handling communication with lenders, attorneys, and co-op agents • Familiarity with milestone and dependency tracking • Knowledge of Airtable or Aframe is a plus • Bilingual and/or licensed is a plus, but not required • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and follow-through Key Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of transaction coordination from contract to close • Liaise between clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors • Monitor all deadlines, milestones, and file requirements • Prepare for closing and handle post-closing follow-up • Enter listings into MLS and assist with listing coordination as needed • Maintain and update internal checklists and systems Compensation: • Starting at $15/hour, based on experience • Performance-based bonuses available • 10 Days Paid Personal Time Off (PTO) • All tools, admin support, and systems provided To Apply: Send your resume and a cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit for this role.
