This position is fully remote. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of our programs.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage document closure, ensuring all project paperwork is completed, filed, and archived correctly.Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues, providing insights to program managers.Verify the accuracy of coding for financial transactions and labor hours, upholding data integrity.Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, from data entry to reporting.Minimum Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.Degrees in other business fields may be considered with relevant work experience.Relevant work experience includes an internship or a previous role in a finance, accounting, or program support function.Preferred Qualifications:Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely; demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a high level of engagement in all tasks.Proactive and resourceful, with a natural curiosity to understand the “why” behind the data and the drive to contribute meaningfully to team goals.Exceptional time management and organizational skills, consistently meeting timelines and adapting effectively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative team player who works well with others yet remains self-motivated and capable of performing independently when needed.Passionate about learning, confident when facing challenges, and unafraid to fail—viewing every obstacle as an opportunity for professional growth.Clearance Requirements:Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.Physical Requirements:Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.Must be able to push, pull, and reach.Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,600.00-$88,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
