Patent Paralegal - REMOTE
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Patent Paralegal to join our intellectual property team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and filing of patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) • Conduct prior art searches and analyze patentability of inventions • Maintain and manage patent prosecution dockets, including deadlines and correspondence • Draft and prepare legal documents, including responses to office actions and appeals • Communicate with inventors and clients regarding patent-related matters • Conduct research on patent law and provide support for litigation matters • Coordinate with foreign associates for international patent filings Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a patent paralegal • Strong understanding of patent law and procedures • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient in patent management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
