Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Credit Repair Support
Job Description: • Assist with credit dispute management, including preparing and updating dispute letters through Dispute Fox software. • Maintain and update client credit reports and related records. • Respond to and manage emails and client communications professionally and promptly. • Provide general administrative support (document organization, scheduling, recordkeeping). • Engage with the business’s social media platforms as needed (basic engagement such as responding to messages, comments, and inquiries). • Collaborate with the business owner to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency. Requirements: • Prior experience in credit repair, administrative support, or customer service preferred. • Familiarity with Dispute Fox or similar credit repair CRM/software is an advantage. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. • Proficient with standard office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email management). • Reliable internet connection and ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (10 AM–12 PM).
