About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Part-time Customer Support Advisor to join our team at blithequark. As a customer support agent, you will be working on our blithequark Meetings product, providing top-notch support to our customers across the globe. This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 10 hours of work per week, with flexible hours that can be adjusted to fit your commitments and lifestyle. You will be working remotely as a consultant, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support queries from our Free, Pro, and Business customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems. Participate in training and support for Tier 2 support tickets to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and documentation, including the development of new templates and workflows. Document and share customer feedback on improvements and feature requests, helping us to continuously enhance our products and services. Engage with blithequark's social and cultural ways of working, fostering a sense of community and collaboration within our remote team. Day-to-Day Activities As a Part-time Customer Support Advisor at blithequark, your day-to-day activities will include: Responding to approximately 20 customer queries per day, depending on your working hours, and resolving issues related to troubleshooting, account management, and product usage. Participating in support meetings and discussions to address recurring issues and develop solutions. Collaborating with the team to introduce new tagging and templates, enhancing our support processes and improving customer outcomes. Identifying and sharing customer feedback or issues that require attention, ensuring that we continually improve our products and services. Success Metrics Your success as a Part-time Customer Support Advisor at blithequark will be measured by: The quality of your responses to customer queries, ensuring that they are accurate, empathetic, and effective. The volume of tickets answered, demonstrating your productivity and efficiency in resolving customer issues. The number of replies per resolve, indicating your ability to provide clear and concise solutions to customer problems. Customer Satisfaction ratings, reflecting the positive impact you have on our customers' experiences with blithequark. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer support, with a focus on empathy, care, and attention to detail. Excellent typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and authentically in written form. Experience working remotely, either as a freelancer or in a distributed team, with a solid understanding of the pros and cons of remote work. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to seek out answers and solutions independently.
