Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician
HIRING: Remote Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician Daily Responsibilities for Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician: • Working on the Medication Therapy Management team to make outbound and handle inbound calls to members to confirm eligibility for MTM services and then try to get them enrolled in the program. Would be responsible for 95 outbound calls each day • Calls will focus on: Statins (cholesterol), Diabetes medications, Hypertension medications • Types of calls: Late refill reminder calls, calls to patients who are new to a specific medication, future adherence predictor calls Required Qualifications for Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician: • High school diploma or GED • Pharm Tech license in state that they sit in • 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience • 1+ years of TRUE call center experience required • Strong computer skills - strong preference for prior WFH experience • WFH capability - smart phone, private workspace, high speed internet Benefits for Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician: • Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Access to Investment Accounts • Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) Program Pay Details: ??$23 an hour - weekly pay Start: 11/10/2025 Length of Assignment:?6+ months contract to perm Schedule: -F, 11am-8pm in candidate's local time Training will be 3 weeks on the 10am-7pm EST/9am-6pm CST/8am-5pm MST/7am-4pm PST shift Interested in being considered?
