Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via live chat support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Answer customer questions, provide product or service information, and address concerns to ensure a positive customer experience Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or team members when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to the customer Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs established by blithequark, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach Ensure that all customer interactions are logged and documented accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices, applying this knowledge to drive exceptional customer experiences Essential Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively, resolving customer issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications Experience with live chat support, preferably in a customer service or call center environment Familiarity with CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline in a flexible setting Ability to type at least 40 WPM, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
