As a valued member of our team, you will be part of a supportive environment that aligns with our mission to provide the best possible care to our customers. **A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** Our Omnicare pharmacies are not open to the public, but you'll work amongst great colleagues in a supportive environment that aligns with our mission.
