About the Role As a Junior Dental Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our customers and our production team. You will work closely with our dental professionals to ensure that our final products meet the exact specifications of our doctors. Your tasks will range from assisting doctors with submitting their data, resolving issues, and providing support in planning cases using our software. You will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and support primarily through phone and email, handling both independent and collaborative cases. Key Responsibilities Complete department training requirements under direct supervision to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our software and solutions Conduct surgical case planning with doctors to provide personalized support and guidance Provide product assistance via phone and email to resolve issues and address customer queries Conduct product training with new customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process Follow up with surgical case progress to ensure timely and successful outcomes Build a professional working relationship with doctors to foster trust and collaboration Provide clinical feedback from doctors to the production team to drive continuous improvement Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision to expand your skill set Successfully pass validation training to demonstrate your expertise and commitment to quality Handle complaints and resolve kickbacks in a professional and efficient manner Receive and process 3rd party data to ensure seamless integration and support Perform other relevant duties as assigned to contribute to the team's success Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Strong computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new software applications Capable of learning clinical dental terms and medical concepts to provide effective support Excellent phone skills and strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and organizational skills to manage multiple cases and priorities High accountability and responsibility to ensure timely and accurate support Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in the medical or dental industry to provide a deeper understanding of customer needs Experience in radiology to enhance your knowledge of imaging and diagnostic procedures Experience speaking to medical professionals on the phone to develop your communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and the ability to multitask to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs Minimum Education and Experience Required To be considered for this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field to provide a solid foundation in scientific principles 0-1+ year of full-time work experience in a related field to demonstrate your potential and commitment to growth Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
