We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and tech-savvy... individual to optimize our senior leadership team's workflow as a Virtual Assistant. Collaborating cross-functionally with our team, you will assist in client program management, calendar organization, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and identifying future opportunities.

Respond to customer emails and calls promptly and professionally.

Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments.

Conduct outreach calls to generate leads from provided lists.

Create engaging content for our social media platforms.

Assist in preparing presentations and documenting client projects.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
