The US Business Immigration Analyst / Law Clerk role involves preparing and submitting employment-based immigration petitions and benefits requests for multinational clients under attorney supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft US employment-based immigration petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including PERM applications and adjustment of status filings
- Respond to client questions and support attorneys in client meetings
- Stay current with US immigration laws, policies, and procedural developments
- Utilize innovative tools and automation to enhance efficiency and the client experience
- Engage in ongoing self-development and apply feedback to support continuous growth
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality in all work products
- Apply critical thinking and data-driven insights in casework and client communications

Skills
- 1+ years of experience in US employment-based immigration
- Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred
