Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
- A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience
- Internet Speed - 200Mbps or faster with a direct connection to modem (Wi-Fi Prohibited)
- Other Equipment/Utility capabilities- Workstation space and nearby electrical outlet/s able to accommodate computer (laptop) and 2 independent monitors (computer equipment/monitors will be provided)
- Must live in North Carolina
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivator with a knack for working independently
- Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions
- Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary
